Looking to start a career in the dental field but don't have any experience? We'd love to meet you! Our dental clinic located in Aylmer, Gatineau is looking for a Sterilization Technician to join our team. No experience is required—we provide paid, comprehensive training to help you succeed.
We are looking for someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and enjoys working in a friendly, team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Clean, disinfect, pack and sterilize dental instruments according to clinic protocols.
- Prepare instruments and trays for dental procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized sterilization area.
- Assist with inventory and stocking of sterilization supplies.
- Perform different tests to confirm sterilisation.
- Support dental assistants with daily tasks as needed.
- Provide coverage for dental assistants when required to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic.
Qualifications
- No previous experience required – paid training provided.
- Basic knowledge of English or French.
- Knowledge of any of the following languages is considered an asset: Bulgarian, Russian, Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian, Serbian, Spanish
- Must have access to a vehicle as the respect of the working hours is important for the position.
- Reliable, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.

Work Schedule
- Monday to Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Friday: 9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
- No evenings or weekends.
