The Role:
Reporting to the Associate Director, Marketing - International Recruitment, the Intern (Marketing) will be responsible for assisting across all aspects of the International Recruitment Marketing Plan to achieve portfolio and University goals. This role will be responsible for coordinating the marketing activities for a group of programs and should be seen as a generalist capable of jumping into any project to help as needed. This role will also manage timelines associated with all media plans and the associated assets needed to deliver on the media investment. This will include coordinating weekly meetings with our agency media planner and ensuring all materials are delivered on time and to spec. The ideal candidate will work closely with members of the Marketing Team to ensure the media and content calendar are aligned. In this role you will be given an opportunity to share your ideas and assist with the development of projects within a collaborative, team environment.
This role will provide a high level of service and will help develop marketing briefs to suppliers and recommend content ideas to support an integrated advertising and media plan. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to a large brand with an established reputation working across global markets, and to contribute towards a key strategic priority of the University. This entry level role will provide great experience and training to become an all-round marketer. We are looking for a University graduate with related experience supporting a team with marketing, communication and coordination responsibilities. The desired candidate will have superior communication skills (both oral and written), a strong service approach, excellent organizational skills and be technologically savvy.
