Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Montessori Daycare Educator to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring positive energy, strong communication skills, and experience in early childhood education.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement Montessori-based learning activities
- Create a safe, caring, and engaging environment for children
- Observe and document children’s development and progress
- Communicate effectively with families and team members
- Follow licensing regulations and centre policies
Qualifications:
- Early Childhood Educator (ECE) certification or in progress (Level 2, or 3)
- Montessori training or experience (preferred but not required)
- Current First Aid & CPR certification
- Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
