Bridgeway Veterinary Specialists of Vancouver (BVSV) is in search of a passionate and dedicated Experienced Veterinary Receptionist/Client Care Coordinator to join our wonderful team! Open since April 2024, we are a privately owned Specialty Surgical Hospital with Board Certified Surgeons. BVSV is located in New Westminster, an 8 minute walk from the Skytrain. We strive to provide superior customer service and industry leading patient care by assembling the most amazing high-quality team!
We are looking for a Client Care Coordinator that is passionate about providing top notch client and patient care and is attentive to details.
As a Client Care Coordinator with BVSV, you will be an integral member of the veterinary team.
Requirements:
- Previous experience with customer service
- Passionate about client and patient care, with a positive attitude and commitment to ensuring an excellent client experience
- Organized and efficient, with strong attention to detail and a team orientation
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Provide compassionate care for clients and their pets during the surgical referral process
- Working knowledge of computers, specifically Microsoft Windows and ideally have experience with veterinary software
We are committed to work/life balance. At BVSV, the Client Care Coordinator will receive between $22-25/hr and a comprehensive benefit package personalized for each team member. The position is based on a 5-day work week with no surgeries on weekends. You will receive 4 weeks of vacation per year. This includes 1 week during Christmas and 1 week during the summer when the hospital will be closed, in addition to 2 weeks of paid vacation mutually agreed upon with BVSV.
The Client Care Coordinator, along with the Veterinary Assistants may be part of a rotation for remote telephone communication with clients after hours for follow-ups (as part of, not in addition to) your regular work week hours.
