Position Summary
Milo is seeking an E-Commerce Specialist to support the daily operations and growth of our online sales channels. In this role, you will assist with product listings, order fulfillment, marketplace maintenance, promotional planning, digital advertising support, and customer service across platforms such as Shopify, Walmart, Home Depot, TikTok Shop, Google Ads, and social media channels.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with multiple online platforms. This role is suitable for someone who enjoys e-commerce operations, digital marketing, customer support, and maintaining accurate product information across different sales channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain product listings, images, pricing, inventory status, and storefront content across e-commerce platforms.
- Support daily order fulfillment and coordinate with internal teams to resolve order, shipping, or inventory issues.
- Assist with promotional planning, campaign setup, website updates, banners, and seasonal sales activities.
- Monitor marketplace performance, advertising results, sales trends, and platform account health.
- Support digital advertising activities across platforms such as Google Ads, Walmart Advertising, TikTok Shop Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Assist with website and marketing content, including email campaigns, blog updates, product pages, and promotional materials.
- Respond to customer inquiries, buyer messages, service emails, calls, and replacement requests.
- Submit support tickets and follow up with marketplace or platform support teams when needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments for product content, images, pricing updates, inventory updates, and customer service cases.
- Identify listing issues, performance changes, or operational concerns and report them to the team in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma, certificate, or degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, online marketplace operations, digital marketing, customer service, or a related role.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Walmart Marketplace, Home Depot, Amazon, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is an asset.
- Comfortable working with product listings, pricing, inventory, promotions, online orders, and customer inquiries.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to keep information accurate across multiple platforms.
- Comfortable using spreadsheets, reports, platform dashboards, and online business tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow processes accurately.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Shopify, Walmart Seller Center, Home Depot Vendor Portal, TikTok Shop, or marketplace operations.
- Basic understanding of digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, Walmart Ads, or TikTok Ads.
- Experience with website updates, email marketing, promotional banners, or social media content.
- Customer service experience in an online retail, marketplace, or consumer products environment.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce analytics, sales performance, and promotional planning.
