Do you love dogs but don't have a dog of your own? The Bark Zone is offering a unique opportunity for animal lovers to have temporary canine house guests in their home while the owners are away.
We are not a kennel. We offer home-style boarding with caring families. We are looking for loving, reliable people who are interested in taking dogs to live as part of their family while their owners are away. Experience with dogs and common sense is an absolute requirement.
You must:
- Be a dog lover.
- Have prior experience owning and/or working with dogs.
- Have a vehicle in good working condition (this is a MUST!) in order to transport dogs to and from their homes, keep in mind it can get messy.
- Be able to spend the majority of the day with the dog(s). This job would best suit someone who works remotely or who is a retiree.
- Have good decision making skills and able to follow instructions; someone who is responsible and trustworthy.
- Preferences are for those with fenced yards or dog parks nearby.
- Please note in order to move forward to the hiring stage we require 3 positive references and a clear security check (at your own cost, payment up front) to be performed by The Bark Zone.
