**Responsibilities:**
- Place orders and manage inventory
- Hire and supervise employees
- Ensure quality of work and adherence to recipes
- Maintain store profitability
- Supervise, motivate, and lead employees
- Recruit and provide ongoing training for employees
- Maintain high standards of customer service and an exceptional shopping experience
- Build lasting relationships with customers
- Optimize sales and profitability
- Set and communicate sales goals for employees
- Plan and manage store operations
- Ensure the store opens and closes properly
- Apply company procedures and policies
- Implement workplace safety programs
- Validate sales reports
- Promote and visually market products
- Ensure regular store maintenance
- Control inventory and place product orders
- Perform other related tasks as needed
