Servers at Troy play a vital role in providing an excellent dining experience by efficiently taking orders, serving beverages, and assisting customers in a lively restaurant environment. Working within a large team of 10+ servers, this position involves managing individual tables and various dining sections while maintaining high standards of service and hospitality. The role includes working flexible shifts including day, evening, and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Take and accurately record customer orders
- Serve beverages promptly and courteously
- Assist customers with menu selections and inquiries
- Set up tables and maintain cleanliness throughout service
- Process payments efficiently and handle POS systems
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience
- Maintain tidiness in dining and service areas
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in food and beverage service
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems
- Ability to multitask and work well in a team
- Excellent attention to detail
- Effective time management capabilities
