Support Financial activities for the Integration Project. Work closely with Manager Operations (Finance & Supply Chain).

Balance sheet reconciliations between two legal entities
Consolidated Financial statement reconciliations and sub-schedules (both orgs combines) for monthly FD signoff on actuals
Recharge accounting (T&E, Fleet etc.) and interco reconciliations – monthly analysis, recharges, journal entries with alignment to indirect tax
Headcount reconciliations and cost/synergies tracking
Consolidation of historical data for prior year and restatement purposes (e.g. full year vs partial year stub comparatives)
Compliance and New Vendor and PO requests, liase with PCH business and procurement on the requests and support proper setup and creation of vendors and PO’s
Extra support for Supply Chain related activities (trade routes, transfer pricing, GMM codes etc.) setup for 2020 deployment – both orgs, primarily Q4
Management Reporting support as required
Completion of weekly status report, milestones template and any log for month end and year end for Group reporting
Adhoc requests

Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business or other relevant area.
2 years experience in financial reporting and analysis
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in SAP , MS Excel, Word and Power Point

Role needs to have a strong business and financial accounting and reporting training / understanding
