The goal is to support our clients' efforts to make their business units more effective and efficient and, where required, provide services in connection with the development and implementation of technology solutions.

Your key responsibilities
Here, you’ll be defining and implementing the performance testing strategy for clients and the practice. This includes building and implementing extendable testing frameworks across multiple solutions and clients. You will be accountable for performance testing business development, project delivery, recruiting, solution development, and IP development in an any-shore model. This will be your opportunity to build Performance Testing COE's including its standards, processes, and procedures while providing organizational strategy for the same.

To qualify for the role, you must have
7+ years of experience in Performance Testing with a minimum of 3 years experience as a Testing Lead
Experience building testing teams and centres of excellence and a proven history of managing complex testing projects
Test management certifications
Strong SDLC and Programming background (any or combination of the flowing: C#, C++, VB, JAVA, PERL)
Experience and understanding of software development, including waterfall and agile methodologies
A bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Engineering or similar discipline; supported by experience in a similar technical environment
Experience in leading a small to medium size team of 6 to 12 cross-functional resources
A customer-focused approach to work, and the ability to translate often-complex requirements into decisive digital platform strategies
The confidence to build lasting relationships and influence senior colleagues and clients from a wide range of backgrounds
A flair for identifying and capitalizing on new revenue streams
