We are a not-for-profit society, looking to hire an energetic, eustatic, Cook to join our Restaurant/Bar team. We are looking for someone who can take a lead in our ever-changing events, during the year we host many different events, if you are ridable, honest, hard working, Part time/full time, seasonal work. We are also dependent on weather, during big events you may be asked to work longer hours. If you’re looking somewhere to grow in your hospitality experience we are a great place, for you to develop your skills and your vision.
· Memorizing recipes, policies, procedures, and standard portion sizes
· Preparing ingredients and components of each recipe on the restaurant’s menu
· Maintaining freshness of product and rotating old product out
· Working with a team or independently to handle varying levels of activity.
· Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe workspace always to avoid contamination.
· Being aware of and following all kitchen health and safety regulations and guidelines
· Professional and responsible conduct
· Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
· Teamwork skills
· Good verbal communication skills
