Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry-Level Summer Fulfillment & Office Assistant & Client Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Manage data entry tasks accurately to support fulfillment and administrative processes
- Assist with order processing, tracking shipments, and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and live chat, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Support sales initiatives through upselling and identifying opportunities for client engagement
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of orders and client requests
- Maintain organized records of client interactions and transactions
- Contribute to analysis efforts by compiling data reports as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients in both English and Spanish to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Support office operations by handling administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred
- Experience or interest in data entry, analysis, sales, or customer service roles is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette and effective verbal/written communication
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) or similar software
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt during the summer period

Pay: $46,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
