Select is partnering with our client to recruit a skilled and reliable Fabricator to join their production team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, enjoys hands-on projects, and can confidently interpret technical drawings and apply strong geometry skills to ensure accurate measurements, layouts, and assembly.

Compensation & Hours:
- The rate of pay will be $22/hr
- Full-time position, temporary position
- Monday to Friday (hours may vary based on production needs)
Position Summary:
- Cut, shape, assemble, and fabricate metal components
- Apply strong measurement and geometry skills to calculate angles, dimensions, and material layouts
- Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy
- Perform measurements and adjustments as needed
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines
Required Qualifications:
- Previous fabrication or metalworking experience
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and quality standards
- Comfortable using hand tools and fabrication machinery
- Ability to lift materials and work in a physically demanding environment
- Strong commitment to workplace safety
Bonus Points For:
- Welding experience or certification
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong applied math skills, including the ability to work confidently with angles, measurements, and geometric calculations
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
