Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and listen carefully to understand their vehicle concerns and service needs
- Provide detailed explanations of recommended repairs and maintenance, ensuring customers feel informed and confident in their decisions
- Collaborate with technicians to prioritize repairs, estimate costs, and communicate timelines effectively
- Upsell additional services or products that enhance vehicle performance and safety while maintaining transparency
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments, and manage service orders efficiently
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships
- Maintain organized records of service activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions
Qualifications
- Proven dealership experience or background in automotive repair is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge to understand vehicle systems and repair processes
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear manner
- Experience in sales or upselling automotive services is a plus
- Comfortable handling cash transactions and managing service-related documentation
- Familiarity with automotive industry tools, software, or CRM systems is advantageous

Pay: $45,962.87-$91,933.13 per year
