The One Eared Goat is looking for an experienced full-time day bartender to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is confident behind the bar, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a genuine passion for cocktails, wine, beer, and hospitality.
This is a daytime-focused position, so reliability, professionalism, and the ability to work independently are essential.
What we’re looking for
- Previous bartending experience in a busy restaurant or cocktail-focused environment
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails
- Solid understanding of wine varietals, food pairings, and wine service
- Good knowledge of beer styles, local craft beer, and draft systems
- Ability to provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere
- Comfortable handling high-volume service while maintaining quality and consistency
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Smart Serve / Responsible Beverage Service certification (or willingness to obtain)
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages to a high standard
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar
- Engage with guests and provide knowledgeable beverage recommendations
- Assist with opening and daytime bar operations
- Monitor inventory and communicate restocking needs
- Follow all food safety and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Pay: $16.35-$28.63 per hour
