Red Deer Nissan Collision Center is looking for an experienced and forward thinking Body Shop manager to bring their skills to our team
You will be responsible for running an efficient and profitable body shop through productive staffing, customer retention, cost controls, achievement of objectives and maintenance of all body shop equipment, processes and service records.
Expectations,
- Responsible to assess, build, mentor, and foster individuals to form a strong and motivated team
- Manages the Body Shop Technicians and the Body Shop Administrator
- Hiring, training, motivating, counseling and monitoring the performance of all body shop staff
- Ensures that all customers are greeted promptly and given fair estimates on costs and time required for painting and repairs
- Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet or exceed them
- Monitors and controls the performance and profitability of the department
- Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop
- Develop and implements a marketing plan which promotes new and repeat business
- Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, provincial land local regulations that affect body shop operations
- Create, establish and maintains a documented 24-hour follow-up with all customers to confirm satisfaction with the body shop service experience and share results with team members.
* Minimum 3 years of management experience is mandatory
