Griffith Tree is looking for tree crew groundsmen to join their team. Wages are completely dependent on level of skill and experience. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE with rope rigging, operating a wood chipper, or running a chainsaw PROPERLY. Opportunities for advancements are available for the right candidates. Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle to get to the shop every day. Mechanical knowledge or experience driving tandem dump truck with standard transmission would be a great asset - pay would reflect accordingly
Duties will include:
- tree removal clean up
-running stump grinder, log splitter, wood chipper, chainsaw and skid steer.
-operating a truck and trailer
- occasional landscaping
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
