Job Description
Pay & Schedule
✅ $23.07 to $23.61/hour
✅ Night shift: Monday to Thursday, 5:30 PM to 5:30 AM
✅ Night premium: 2$/H
Your Role
Key Responsibilities
-
Review work completed on previous shift and work to be completed according to priorities established by the production supervisor;

Handle products carefully to bring them to the storage line;
-
Transport various materials and/or supplies for operational needs;

Inspect machinery before the start of each shift and change operators as required;

Ensure the cleaning of the premises and equipment to keep the work environment clean and safe;
-
Notify the production supervisor of any mechanical breakdowns;
-
Operate the forklift safely and meticulously;
-
Be very vigilant in the method of driving, in order to avoid accidents and/or overturns: pedestrians, buildings, fixed equipment, trucks and other machinery;

Use the forklift according to its capabilities and limits;

Outdoor work environment

Be buckled up at all times;

Responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of the machine;

Comply with company health and safety rules;
-
All other related duties.
Qualifications
-
Valid forklift operator's competency card or to be renewed
-
Experience as a sit-down forklift operator (1 year minimum)

Self-motivated and proactive

Good attendance record
-
Resourcefulness
-
Punctual person
-
Ensure compliance with work safety standards and instructions

This is a physically demanding position. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (23kg). Manual dexterity, teamwork, hand-eye co-ordination and a combination of sitting, standing and walking required.
