Server Assistant is responsible primarily for assisting the server in creating an exceptional guest experience. This will include serving bottled or ice water, preparing and serving bread and bussing and setting tables. This person must have good communication skills as well as the ability to lift, pull and push moderate weight. This is a fast paced position with continual customer contact and demands organization and the ability to prioritize. Being a Food Runner at Ruth’s Chris Steak House demands high organizational skills paired with the ability to work in a fast paced environment. This person is responsible for food product knowledge and ensures that all food taken out of the kitchen is kept in the high standard in which Ruth’s Chris Steak House demands. This person must be able to lift large trays in a continual manner throughout the shift and communicate with both the front and back of house.
