Landscape Construction Specialist (Hardscape & Softscape)
Key Responsibilities
- Hardscape Installation: Lay interlocking stone pavers, build retaining walls, construct flagstone patios, and install steps, walkways, and natural stonework.
- Softscape Installation: Handle property grading, soil preparation, sodding, seeding, and planting trees, shrubs, and perennial gardens.
- Site Preparation: Read blueprints/site plans, execute precise site layouts, establish proper grading, and manage aggregate sub-base excavation.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate power tools, plate compactors, and heavy machinery including skid steers, track loaders, and mini-excavators.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in professional landscape construction (both hardscape and softscape).
- Licensing: Valid Driver’s License (Class G / regional equivalent) with a clean driving record and reliable daily transport to our yard.
