Role Overview
We are seeking a Front Desk Receptionist- Dental Clinic who elevates the patient’s experience from the moment they walk in. This is not a traditional front desk or administrative role, it is a hospitality‑driven position focused on warmth, service excellence, and creating a luxury, customer‑centric environment.
The ideal candidate is energetic, detail‑oriented, proactive, and genuinely enjoys building relationships with patients. You bring a calm, confident presence and never panic when challenges arise.
Key Responsibilities
· Welcome patients with warmth, professionalism and a luxury‑hospitality mindset.
· Manage check‑in, check‑out, and appointment flow while maintaining a calm, polished demeanor.
· Build strong interpersonal relationships with patients; remember details and take notes after conversations.
· Communicate clearly with the clinical team to support smooth operations.
· Handle inquiries, scheduling, and follow‑ups with exceptional attention to detail.
· Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
· Demonstrate independence and initiative, step in before being asked.
· Uphold the clinic’s values of family, community, and patient‑centered care.
What We’re Looking For
· Bilingual
· Strong background in hospitality, luxury service, or guest experience (education in hospitality is a strong asset).

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dollard-Des Ormeaux, QC H9G 1X1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Front Desk/Receptionist: 1 year (required)
