Foundation Masters is seeking a dependable and hardworking Equipment & Yard Coordinator to help maintain the organization, cleanliness, and operational readiness of our equipment and yard.
This is an outdoor, hands-on position suited to someone who takes pride in maintaining equipment, keeping things organized, and ensuring crews have what they need to operate efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the company yard
- Clean company vehicles and equipment including trucks, trailers, excavators, and skid steers
- Organize tools and equipment so crews can easily locate what they need
- Track and maintain tool inventory
- Perform basic mechanical repairs and maintenance on tools and small equipment
- Diagnose and repair gas-powered and electric tools when possible
- Ensure tools and equipment are properly stored, maintained, and ready for use
- Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials
- Maintain fuel, fluids, and supplies used for equipment maintenance
- Report any larger equipment issues requiring outside service
Requirements
- Mechanical experience is required
- Experience repairing construction tools and small equipment
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair tools onsite
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting, organizing, and maintaining equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Valid driver’s license required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.74-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 44 per week
