Key Responsibilities:
- Line Cooks: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, ensuring consistency and adherence to food safety standards.
- Prep Cooks: Assist in food preparation, ensuring ingredients are fresh, organized, and ready for service.
- Kitchen Supervisors: Oversee kitchen operations, supervise staff, maintain inventory, and ensure smooth service.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a kitchen setting (line cooking, prep, or kitchen management).
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for delivering top-quality food and exceptional service.
