Hiring: Roofing Labour Crew Person / Roofing Crew Leader

Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and replace residential and commercial roofing systems.
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a roofing crew.
- Load, unload, and transport materials and maintain a clean job site.
- Follow safety procedures and company standards.
- Crew Leaders: Supervise and coordinate roofing crews, train and mentor team members, communicate with project managers and customers, and ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Roofing or construction experience is an asset, but no experience is required. We are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Crew Leader applicants should have proven roofing experience and leadership skills.
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are an asset.
