About Us We are a Montreal-based specialty retailer of jigsaw puzzles and family games, proudly serving our customers since 1992. With a large selection of products and customers across Canada, our warehouse plays an essential role in making sure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time. We are looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to join our team at our LaSalle (Montreal) warehouse.
The ideal candidate speaks English (French an asset) and is able to work on a part-time basis - approximately 20 hours per week Monday to Friday - with opportunity to move to a full-time position relatively quickly. Exact hours and days of work to be determined based on company needs and candidates' availability.
The Role As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for the day-to-day handling and organization of our inventory, from receiving new shipments, stocking inventory, preparing customer orders for shipment, cleaning the warehouse, etc. Responsibilities include:
- Picking products accurately according to customer orders
- Packing orders carefully and efficiently for shipment
- Receiving and checking incoming stock shipments
- Unloading, sorting, and organizing incoming merchandise
- Putting products away in their proper warehouse locations
- Maintaining accurate and organized inventory
- Keeping shelves, aisles, and work areas clean and orderly
- Preparing shipments for pickup by carriers
- Assisting with inventory counts and stock organization
- Reporting damaged, missing, or incorrect merchandise
- Following established warehouse procedures and safety practices
- Performing other general warehouse duties as required

- Ability to multi-task
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift and move boxes
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- Previous warehouse, order fulfillment, or shipping experience is an asset
