Job Summary
Here at Roelands Plant Farms, we know that greenhouse vegetable production is the high-tech future of farming. Our contribution to that is delivering premium quality seedlings to greenhouse vegetable growers year-round. We are looking for a few new Grafting members to add to our team.
Grafting is a technique whereby tissues of plants are joined to continue their growth together. One plant is selected for its roots, and the other plant is selected for its fruits. The two are combined to make the perfect plant.
For this position, the schedule varies depending on orders. Schedule flexibility required. Workdays are Monday - Sunday.

- Select seedlings
- Work with a dynamic and enthusiastic team
Qualifications and Skills
- Fine motor skills
- Flexible and able to adapt to changes in seasonal crop cycles
- Attention to detail and quality
- Greenhouse/Farm experience is an asset
- Must be capable of getting to/from work
