Position Overview
PHC360 is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and experienced professional to join our team in the role of Member Experience Coordinator. This is a part-time position at 25 hours per week, with required availability day, evenings and weekends. Candidates must be prepared to commit to a schedule that reflects the operational demands of a client-facing wellness facility. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the day-to-day operations of our facility while contributing to organizational growth, staff development, and the continuous improvement of internal systems and policies. This role requires someone who is adaptable, solutions-oriented, and committed to excellence across all areas of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Front Desk
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience at all times
- Manage client check-ins, bookings, memberships, and inquiries across in-person, phone, and email channels
- Support supplement sales and provide knowledgeable product recommendations
Operations & Facility Management
- Oversee daily facility operations including cleanliness, organization, inventory management, and vendor coordination
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective, scalable solutions
- Assist in the development and execution of systems and processes that support organizational growth
Sales & Business Development
- Support marketing initiatives, community outreach, events, and strategic partnerships
- Contribute to client acquisition and retention strategies
- Assist in the development and refinement of wellness programs and service offerings
Policy & Organizational Development
- Support leadership in building a structured, sustainable operational framework
- Provide ongoing input on organizational improvements and best practices

What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in a health clinic, gym, spa, or wellness environment
- 1+ year in operations, or assistant management capacity
- Strong organizational, analytical, and multitasking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Knowledge of supplements, holistic health, or nutrition considered a strong asset (RHN, Precision Nutrition, or equivalent)
- Sales experience
- Passion and Energy to work and our environment
