We are expanding and looking for a motivated Territory Sales Manager to join our team in Ottawa. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys sales, business development, and building strong client relationships while helping the company grow. This job comes with Salary and a handsome commission structure.
Job Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the janitorial and facility maintenance industry.
Generate leads, conduct sales meetings, and close deals with potential clients.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and pricing estimates.
Territory & Client Management:
Manage and grow client relationships within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery for new clients.
Address client concerns and communicate service requirements to the appropriate teams.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the territory.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in janitorial, facility maintenance, or a related industry.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage client relationships and develop new business opportunities.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay:
- Base salary plus commission
- $40,000 annual base salary
- 20% commission on sales
- Uncapped earning potential
