We are an established snow removal contractor hiring multiple experienced and dependable people for our winter operations.
These are not entry-level positions. Applicants must have at least three years of commercial snow removal experience in the respective role.

Available Positions
Multiple openings are available for:
- Pick-up Truck Plow Operators
- Tandem Salter Operators – Valid DZ licence required
- Skid Steer Operators
- Front-End Loader Operators
- Sidewalk Snow Removal Crew Members
Responsibilities
Depending on the position, duties may include:
- Plowing and salting commercial properties
- Clearing sidewalks and designated pedestrian areas
- Conducting site patrols
- Relocating and removing snow piles
- Hauling snow
- Refilling salt bins
- Responding to service calls
- Following assigned routes, schedules and site instructions
- Communicating with supervisors and crew members throughout each shift
- Completing digital time records, inspection forms and maintenance reports
- Reporting equipment issues and site concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of commercial snow removal experience in the position being applied for
- Valid driver’s licence for all driving positions
- Valid DZ licence for tandem salter operators
- Drivers must provide a current driver’s abstract
- Smartphone with a reliable data connection
- Ability to work outdoors in challenging winter conditions for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions and complete work accurately
- Reliable communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable and available on short notice, including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Seasonal
Pay: $25.00-$38.00 per hour
