Administrator, Invoicing -(Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada)

Reporting to the Supervisor, Finance Services, the Administrator, Invoicing may be responsible for processing invoices, accruals, and data management.

What you will do:
Process various invoice documents in a timely and efficient manner
Coordinate with various stakeholders including Operations, Finance, Sales & Commercial teams and Credit representatives
Ensure invoices are processed in a timely manner to ensure proper cutoff procedures are adhered to
Assist internal customers, internal audit, and risk on system use and audits
Daily interaction with employees of all levels at various locations
Research open items through MSS and various other systems, identifying root cause of issues and working through resolution
Communicate promptly and professionally to stakeholders regarding status of various documents, accruals/rebates etc.
Work with other Accounts Receivable, Sales and Credit functional teams to resolve issues in a timely manner
Any other job responsibilities as required at the Company’s discretion

What you will bring:
High School Diploma / GED required
Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or Business preferred
2-5 years’ experience in Accounts Receivable (or an equivalent combination of education and experience) required
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and standards, specifically sales revenue and accounts receivable process workflow
Strict attention to detail, developed problem solving skills, logical & critical thinking skills, high personal accountability
Experience and/or comfort with computer systems
Self-motivated. Ability to manage own time to achieve deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively where necessary in a team environment
Ability to work in high pressure environment with competing deadlines
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft office. Large ERP experience a plus
Customer Service experience preferred
