Whitebird Supply Account Executive

Our Hamilton office is seeking a Supply Sales Representative, reporting to the Director of Distribution. We are growing our digital printing side of the business within North American, which will lead to future opportunities for the successful candidate to grow within our company and opportunities to increase compensation accordingly.

50/50 base salary to commission — with no cap on commissions.

Base salary of $25,000 - $45,000 with Expected on Target Earnings (OTE) between $50,000 - $90,000 depending on experience and years in role.

Promotion path for this role would be a more senior position in the same line, and then an Industry Vertical Executive.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow accounts in a large pre-existing customer base, and prospect new customers.

Sell Whitebird product supplies to companies of all sizes, from home business to global enterprise businesses.

Visit and call customers to understand their requirements, buying cycles, competition, etc.

Develop your own plan and KPIs to hit monthly targets: eg, go-to-market strategy, pipeline generation requirements, marketing requirements.

Adhere to management reporting and planning rigor, including proper use of systems such as a CRM, producing sales plans, forecasts, and proper pipeline management.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.

1 - 5 years of inside or outside sales— supply sales strongly preferred.

A valid driver's license.

Proven track record of being a top sales performer.

Able to drive up to 60 kilometres for sales meetings and customer visits when needed.

Compensation and targets will be determined by experience, fit, performance and other criteria that will be made available during the interview process.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission, Permanent

Salary: $25,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
