First Stays is a leading residential leasing agency in Quebec, known for helping landlords lease efficiently and at scale. We’re a young, energetic, and performance-driven team operating out of Westmount, with plans to continue expanding.
We’re looking for a full-time Leasing Agent to join our team. This is a commission-based role (no broker license required) where agents earn on average ~$60,000 per year, with upside based on performance.
This is not a typical leasing job. You’ll work in a fast-paced environment, manage a high volume of prospects, and play a key role in leasing entire buildings for partners ranging from private investors to large institutional owners.
Responsibilities
- Manage and qualify inbound tenant leads
- Schedule and conduct apartment showings
- Match tenants to available units based on needs and criteria
- Prepare and follow up on rental applications
- Coordinate credit checks, landlord and employer verifications
- Assist with listings and marketing when needed
