Sub-Contractor/Owner Operator - M.P. Group of Companies Inc. (Winnipeg)

This is an excellent opportunity for motivated individuals looking for a flexible, pay-per-package compensation model.
Position Type: Sub-Contractor
Location: Winnipeg
Compensation: 80-85% of the invoice (Gas and vehicles will be yours). Around $1.80 per package.
80-85% of invoice with $40-$45 per day for vehicle charges if company vehicle is used.
Package Count- 170 to 250 per day.

Responsibilities:
As a Sub-Contractor/ Owner-Operator, you will be responsible for:
- Timely and Accurate Deliveries
- Route Optimization
- Package Handling
- Customer Service
- Documentation
- Vehicle Maintenance
- Compliance
- Communication
Qualifications:
- Valid Class 5 (or equivalent) driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Clean Criminal background and driver abstract. (required before joining)
- Ability to lift and carry packages of various weights and sizes.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong geographical knowledge of surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior delivery experience is an asset
- Must be legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in Canada.
