Your primary function will be to support the store manager in the daily operation of the store. In partnership with the store manager you are responsible to support in the hiring, training and development of the staff while ensuring overall sales targets are met, including yourself!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
* Create and maintain an atmosphere geared towards achieving and exceeding daily sales while ensuring the very best customer experience
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
* Be proficient with computers and Point of Sale terminals
* Ability to lift and mobilize items, up to 50lbs., while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
* 2+ years related experience
