Hair Villa Salon & Spa is a growing salon in Grande Prairie dedicated to providing exceptional grooming and beauty services in a welcoming and professional environment. We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Barber to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Perform men's haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves with precision and attention to detail.
- Consult with clients to understand their grooming preferences and recommend suitable styles.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized workstation in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Stay up to date with current barbering trends, techniques, and products.
- Assist with retail product recommendations and sales when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Previous barbering experience preferred.
- Strong skills in fades, clipper cuts, beard shaping, and modern men's hairstyles.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
