Core Responsibilities
- Advise and educate homeowners on our energy-efficient solutions
- Manage and nurture your pipeline with discipline and organization
- Convert qualified leads into closed sales with consistency
- Follow our proven sales frameworks to maintain high conversion rates
- Deliver a polished, professional customer experience via phone and video
What We’re Looking For
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- 3+ years of sales experience (inside sales or phone sales preferred)
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to connect with customers quickly and confidently
- High level of professionalism, discipline, and reliability
- Competence with basic computer systems and CRM tools
- Experience using video platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.)
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized
- Ability to work full-time in a hybrid model
Work Schedule
Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days remote
Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Weekdays)
Compensation
$72,000-$144,000 per year(performance-based)
