- Are sales- and service-focused, with a genuine passion for helping Guests
- Always greet customers with a smile, eye contact, or a warm hello — no matter how busy it gets
- Know the store’s products and love using that knowledge to help Guests find what they need
- Practice suggestive selling to create fun, multi-item shopping experiences
- Uphold high standards of integrity, quality, and efficiency — with both our Guests and team
- Help execute visual merchandising and maintain a fun, organized store
- Follow company policies and operational procedures
- Are open to fun extras like sign-waving duties to drive store excitement and traffic!
