You'll be responsible for leading field crews and subcontractors while coordinating daily construction activities, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring successful execution throughout the project lifecycle. This is a long-term FIFO opportunity with a strong pipeline of future industrial and infrastructure work.
Responsibilities

- Ensure all work complies with project specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with civil, structural, and electrical teams to maintain efficient project execution.
- Identify and resolve field issues while maintaining productivity and minimizing delays.
- Support project planning, scheduling, procurement, and material coordination.
- Promote a positive safety culture through regular toolbox talks, inspections, and field leadership.
- Mentor foremen, lead hands, and craft personnel while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who brings:
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Superintendent, General Foreman, Construction Supervisor, or Senior Foreman.
- Extensive experience managing industrial mechanical piping installations.
- Strong background on mining, industrial, energy, water treatment, or heavy civil projects.
- Experience working in remote or camp-based construction environments.
- Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary crews while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with a hands-on management style.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, construction sequencing, and field execution.
Why Join This Team?
- Join a respected Northern contractor with more than 30 years of successful project delivery.
- Work on a major water infrastructure project supporting critical industrial operations.
- Long-term pipeline of industrial and mining projects across Northern Canada.
- FIFO rotation with travel and camp accommodations provided.
- Competitive compensation package.
- Collaborative leadership team with a strong field-first culture.
- Opportunity to make a direct impact on complex, high-profile infrastructure projects.
