Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in digging. This role involves working with shovels, jackhammers, and other landscaping tools. The Laborer will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform horizontal drilling and paving activities as required by project specifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to execute project plans effectively and efficiently.
- Follow safety guidelines and regulations while working on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist in the transportation of materials using vehicles, driving skills when necessary.
- Participate in site preparation, including clearing land and setting up necessary equipment for operations.
Qualifications
- Familiarity with construction practices and procedures is highly desirable.
- Valid drivers license with clean record
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
