We are currently seeking a Personal Assistant that will report directly to the CEO, an entrepreneur, social media influencer and media personality. A highly rewarding opportunity for someone who has dreamed of working in the entertainment field, does not like the typical 9 to 5 job and is a jack-of-all trades.

Responsibilities:
Act as a first point of contact;

Manage calendar, organize meetings and appointments

Booking and arranging travel, transportation, itinerary and accommodation

Reminding the CEO of important tasks and deadlines

Liaising with clients, and potential clients

Manage and categorize all mail, invoices and expense reports

Run all personal and professional errands for the CEO

Travel alongside the CEO, as needed

Plan and organize events, speak to promoters, venues, etc

Taking care and managing properties, and coordinating with contractors

What you will bring:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, a plus

3-5 years' experience as a Personal Assistant to a media personality

Be flexible and adaptable

Have the ability to travel

Organizational skills and ability to multitask

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Excellent oral and written communication skills, English and French

Tact, diplomacy and discretion

Patient, with a keen sense of detail

Be autonomous, resourceful and independent, work with minimal supervision

A valid driver's license, required
