Duties
- Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
- Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients
- Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are met
- Educate clients on nail care routines and recommend suitable products for ongoing maintenance
- Manage appointment scheduling efficiently to maximize client flow and satisfaction
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that complement nail services
Skills
- Proven experience as a Nail Technician with strong proficiency in various nail techniques.
