Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Sous Chef for a fine dining Italian restaurant. The Sous Chef will assist the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, supervising and training culinary staff while ensuring consistent food preparation. Presentation of authentic Italian dishes, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and sanitation and coordinating service during busy periods will also be responsibility of the Sous Chef.
Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
