ABOUT THE JOB:
Everyday more than 1,000 people from all over the world visit our main website, or visit one of our product-specific webpages, when they are considering starting and purchasing one of our e-learning programs. We offer a live chat experience where they can 'chat' with someone live, right there on the webpage thru our special software, to walk thru any questions they have about starting and growing their own consulting business.

We're looking for several people to join our team of chat agents who will chat and message with our potential customers online, throughout the day. This includes providing support to existing customers who may start a chat with us and sign people up for our products. You will need to adhere to a strict schedule starting at 12AM EST sharp with a 60 minute unpaid break and then finish at 9AM EST with the ability to pick up extra shifts as needed.

It is extremely important that you stick to these hours as we run a strict schedule 24/7 and each employee is responsible for covering their shift. We're looking for somebody who is extremely reliable, punctual, has excellent communication and organization skills as well as a sound understanding of software/technology and a fast typing speed. Often several people will be chatting with you at 1 time and when that happens you need to be focused, type fast and think on your feet.

Work from home on your computer.
12AM EST start time, 60 minute unpaid break and 9AM EST finish time. Monday thru Friday.
The right candidate will receive full, comprehensive training on how to do the job, and will feel comfortable and fully up to speed within the first week of being selected.
This role has been fully refined so you’ll simply need to show up every day and execute on the proven conversation systems we have in place.
Special projects, on-going training and self-education to improve your skills, and/or other duties as assigned.
Requirements

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
1 Year of Customer Support OR Sales Experience
Reliable, punctual, independent and accountable
Self-motivated with excellent work ethic
Extremely comfortable around technology and computers, ability to learn new software platforms quickly and efficiently
Outstanding at engaging with people
Perfect spelling, grammar and English
Fast typing speed and ability to respond to many questions quickly
Comfortable and skilled with using Microsoft Word and Excel (We use Google Docs/Sheets)
Meticulous with admin-type tasks (recording emails, names, daily/weekly reports, conversations, etc in our tracking system)
Reliable access to a computer and internet

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:
3+ Years of Customer Support Experience OR
3+ Years of Sales Experience
