**Overview:**
Join our team at Quebec International Educational Center Inc. (QIEC) as a Human Resources Manager. As the Human Resources Manager, you will oversee all aspects of HR operations to ensure the organization's workforce remains engaged, motivated, and aligned with our goals.
Duties:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives
- Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier candidates
- Manage payroll processing and HR data management
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
- Manage budgeting processes related to HR activities and initiatives
- Oversee payroll functions to ensure accurate and timely payment processing
- Implement change management strategies to support organizational growth and development
- Conduct data collection and analysis to inform HR decision-making processes
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role
- Experience in establishing HR systems
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively
- Experience in budgeting and financial management within an HR context
- Proficiency in change management principles and practices
- Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition strategies and techniques
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on building strong relationships across all levels of the organization
