Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Concrete Batcher to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately measuring, mixing, and batching concrete to ensure high-quality production standards. This role requires a strong understanding of operating systems such as Command Alkon. The Concrete Batcher plays a vital part in maintaining efficient workflow and supporting construction and manufacturing projects with precision and professionalism.
Duties
- Measure and batch raw materials such as cement, sand, gravel, and water according to specified formulas and project requirements.
- Operate batching equipment and ensure proper calibration for accurate mixture ratios.
- Monitor material levels and reorder supplies as needed to prevent delays in production.
Experience
- Prior experience in manufacturing, construction is preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge is advantageous for understanding equipment operation and troubleshooting.
- Construction experience or background working with concrete or related materials is a plus.
- Candidates should demonstrate strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
