Salary: $18/Hour- $20/hour (depending on the level of knowledge and skill, with opportunities for pay increases)
Skills/Qualifications/Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Full house renovations/remodelling (Especially in areas of the bathroom, kitchen, and basement renovations)
- Experience in: tiling, painting, drywalling, framing, taping/mudding, demolition, flooring, insulation, finish carpentry, general repairs
- Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing is preferred
- Comfortable handling heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and larger power tools
- Capability/ know how to operate power tools
- Ability to work unsupervised, independently or with our team
- Reliable, responsible, punctual and hardworking
- A valid driver’s license is required and access to a vehicle is preferred
- Knowledge of health & safety protocols
- Education: High school or equivalent
- Canadian citizen or Permanent resident
- English speaking

A Maintenance Technician, or Maintenance Tech, is responsible for ensuring our buildings are kept in good condition. The tasks of a Maintenance Technician can change daily but they generally include the maintenance of company equipment and buildings, repairs and aesthetic work such as carpentry, painting or landscaping.
