Independent Contractor – Cleaning, Landscaping & Property Maintenance

Responsibilities
Depending on your experience and trade, you may provide one or more of the following services:
- Residential Cleaning
- Deep Cleaning
- Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
- Home Organization
- Lawn Care & Landscape Maintenance
- Seasonal Yard Cleanups
- Property Maintenance & Handyman Services

Qualifications
- Previous experience in your trade is preferred
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s licence
- Smartphone with internet access
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Valid WorkSafeBC clearance (where applicable)
- Minimum $2,000,000 liability insurance (or willingness to obtain before activation)
- Criminal Record Check required
- Must provide your own tools, equipment, and supplies appropriate for your trade
- Legally authorized to work in Canada

Compensation
- Competitive compensation based on completed bookings

- Earnings vary based on the services accepted, job size, efficiency, and availability
Schedule
- Choose your own hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
- Day, evening, and occasional weekend opportunities
Expected Hours 5–40 hours per week, based on your availability and customer demand.
Work Location On the road throughout the Tri-Cities and Lower Mainland.

$25.00–$45.00 per hour
