Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients' needs and preferences for hair styling.
- Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services while ensuring sanitation standards are met.
- Upsell hair care products and services to enhance client satisfaction and drive sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including front desk responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure a positive salon experience.
Qualifications
- Proven customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Proficient in hair styling techniques and trends
- Strong understanding of sanitation and hygiene practices
- Ability to upsell products and services effectively
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with clients
- Experience in retail sales and front desk operations is a plus
