Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm, highlighting specials and upselling opportunities to enhance their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring timely and correct delivery
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of food handling, sanitation, and safety protocols
- Manage multiple tables through effective time management, ensuring prompt service without sacrificing quality
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in all service areas, adhering to food safety regulations and restaurant hygiene standards
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and delivery, ensuring guest satisfaction at every step
Experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a restaurant is required
- Familiarity with POS systems is a must
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and handle requests professionally
- Knowledge of food safety practices, sanitation procedures, and proper food handling techniques
- Ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cashiering, bill splitting, and upselling opportunities
- Experience in the food industry or restaurant serving roles will help you excel in this energetic position
