Our Palliative Nurses visit homes and facilities to help individuals with complex health conditions. In this role, you would be working in an environment that provides autonomy within your scope of practice, but also has a supportive and collaborative component as you will be working as part of a team. Our palliative team generally works a set schedule, and visits are placed within that schedule.

How to succeed in this role:
Certified as Registered Nurse (RN) or Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) in good standing with the CNO
Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license
